How to cook a pear cake?

Preparation of various pies from pears is quite simple, pears can be replaced with other fruits, for example, bananas, apples or peaches. However, it is the pear cake that is most delicious.

To prepare this pie, we will need:

  • sugar, about a glass;
  • polenta 130 g;
  • a packet of butter;
  • four large eggs;
  • flour, baking powder;
  • kilogram of pears and a peel of two lemons.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Carefully wash the pears, remove the core and cut them into cubes.

Melt butter in a deep frying pan (80gr.), add honey to it and stir constantly, prepare until the formation of caramel. Then add the pears into the pan, mix well and stew for about four minutes.

Preparation:

First we will melt the butter, cool it. Then add flour, baking powder and sour cream to it. We knead the dough, then roll it into the layer.

The bottom of the baking dish is covered with parchment paper, its sides are greased with butter. Then spread the dough into a mold and make the sides, about three centimeters.

We peel apples and pears from the peel and bones, thinly sliced ​​and poured with lemon juice. Then put it on the dough.

We beat the sour cream with sugar, one egg, two glasses of flour and vanilla. The resulting mixture is filled with fruit.
