Cooking buns on kefir

Dough, mixed with kefir, has a number ofadvantages. The most important thing is the taste. Baking turns out to be very soft and does not harden for a long time, even if it is not covered. The second advantage is that it can be stored for several days in a refrigerator, but it does not deteriorate and retains all its properties. It is enough to get the dough out of the cold, to lie down about an hour, and you can cook all kinds of pies, patties or tasty buns on kefir. That's it on buns and stop.

Buns on yogurt with cinnamon

Dough

Take 600 grams of flour, 60 grams of granulated sugar,a small spoonful of salt, 200 ml of kefir and 50 milk, fill a packet of dry yeast, put 75 grams of butter and two eggs. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl in any order, stir and knead a dough.

Filling for buns

Half a glass of sugar mixed with the same amount of cinnamon.

Preparation

The dough is divided into two parts, each of whichroll out on a table in a layer no more than a centimeter thick. Divide the filling in half and sprinkle each dough over the whole surface. If desired, you can add half a glass of almond petals. Then you need to carefully fold the roll and roll it a little so that the seam does not break.

Now you can form buns on kefir. Just cut the resulting roll into slices five centimeters thick. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the test.

Roll the buns close together and bake for 40 minutes.

Buns on kefir with pumpkin seeds, unsweetened

Dough

Combine a glass of plain flour and a glasscorn, add a small spoon of cumin, a pinch of pepper, a spoonful of nutmeg and salt, mix. Add half a small spoonful of soda to the dough and one full glass of kefir, stir. Now melt 100 grams of butter and pour it into the dough. Put a small spoonful of dried dill and 4-5 large spoons of peeled pumpkin seeds. Knead the dough, gradually adding to it another glass of flour.

Forming and baking

From the received test roll 12-15 balls, put them on a board, sprinkle with flour and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After lay on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Buns on yogurt kefir

Opara

Mix 200 grams of wheat starter with a glass of water and a glass of flour. Opara is infused under a closed lid for about 6 hours. In a bowl, mix 2/3 cup kefir, a large spoonful of mayonnaise and one egg.

When the opara is suitable, prepare the dough further. You need to add to it a teaspoon of salt and four tablespoons of sugar, fill a bag of yeast and pour in the kefir mixture, mix everything. In the received weight gradually to fall asleep 2,5-3 glasses of a flour, constantly stirring. As a result, the dough should turn out to be dense, elastic. Cover it with a napkin, leave to go for an hour.

Forming buns

Divide the dough into small balls, roll out into layers 0.5 cm thick. Put any stuffing in the center and wrap it with an envelope. Bake for 30 minutes until crispy.

Buns on kefir with poppy seeds

A glass of kefir is mixed in a cup with 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Put in a microwave for a minute and a half. After getting it, add a teaspoon of sugar and salt, stir.

In another bowl, mix two to three glasses of flour anda packet of yeast, pour the prepared kefir, mix. After stirring, stirring up another 1.5-2 cups of flour until a full thickening of the dough, which should become elastic.

Divide the dough into balls and roll them into the juicewith a diameter of 10 centimeters. For each oyster pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil and distribute it on the entire surface, from above pour a teaspoon of sugar and as much poppy. Turn the juice into a roll, fold it in half. Cut lengthways from the center of the roll to the point of bending, to unscrew the cut pieces. Buns in the shape of heart are obtained.

Despite the simplicity of cooking, buns on kefir dough are no less delicious than even buns.
